Sausage Balls With Apples and Craisins

• 1 lb bulk pork sausage
• 2 12 cups baking mix
• 2 granny smith apples, grated with peel
• 12 cup craisins
• 12 cup raisins
• 1 cup pecans, chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray 2 24-count mini-muffin tins with non-stick spray.
3. In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients.
4. Spoon into mini-muffin pan.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until brown.
6. Can be made ahead of time.
7. Simply thaw and reheat before serving.
