Mangonada

  1. Peel off the mangos and start to slice/cut them up into smaller pieces for blending.
  2. Save a few good ones to be diced.
  3. Seperate the diced mangos from the sliced.
  4. (Will vary depending on how many cups you make)
  5. Add ice in a blender.
  6. Add 1/3 of fresh mangos.
  7. Add sugar.
  8. Blend away.
  9. Add chamoy in the cup you are planning to make your mangonada.
  10. Preferably the ones you seen in this image.
  11. Add Enough to fill just the bottom.
  12. With that sane chamoy turn cup to the side and turn in circles so the sides can get covered with that same chamoy.
  13. Sprinkle some Tajin seasoning around it so it can stick on your chamoy.
  14. Get your mango blending and pour it in a cup
  15. Place your tamarind stick in the middle.
  16. Sprinkle some of that diced up mango on top.
  17. Sprinkle more tajin seasoning.
  18. Add more chamoy sauce.
  19. And there you have it.
