Kaachiu(Dry Bhel)
- 2 cup Puffed Rice
- 1 cup Flattened Rice(Pauva)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut
- 2 small Chopped Onion
- 2 small Chopped Tomato
- 1/2 Chopped raw mango
- 2 small Chopped Green Chilli
- 1/2 small Pomegranate(Dadam)
- 1 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tbsp Chat Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Black Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Grinned Sugar
- 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida Powder
- 1/2 tbsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Coriander
- Take oil in pan,add puffed rice and sallow fry for 1 minute
- Take oil in pan,add flattened rice and sallow fry 1 minute
- Add fried puffed rice,flattened rice in mixing bowl and mix it
- Add peanut in mixing bowl
- Add all dry masala,grinned sugar and oil,mix it
- Add onion,tomato,green chilli,pomegranate
- Add lemon juice,vinegar
- Lastly add coriander and mix it
- Ready to eat
