Tropical Fruit Compote

  1. In saucepan, dissolve sugar in water over medium heat.
  2. Stir in ginger and brandy.
  3. Cool syrup.
  4. Mix fruits gently together in glass boel and pour syrup over.
  5. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  6. Stir occasionally to coat.
