Herb Pasta And Cheese Recipe

  1. Boil water, add in pasta for 8 to 10 min.
  2. Drain.
  3. In food processor, place ricotta, flour, garlic, seasoning, process till smooth.
  4. With machine running, pour in lowfat milk till combined.
  5. In 2-qt casserole, mix pasta with cheese.
  6. Stir in tomato and 3 ounce.
  7. Cheddar cheese.
  8. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top.
  9. Bake 20-25 min.
