Sausage, Pickles, and Cheese
- 1 package (16 Oz. Package) Lil Smokies Or Other Mild Smoked Sausage
- 5 spears Dill Pickles
- 16 ounces, weight Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Chop the Lil Smokies in half.
- If using a larger sausage (i.e.
- Wranglers), chop into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Saute in a pan over medium heat until browned.
- While sausage is browning, chop pickles into small pieces.
- Place in a serving dish.
- Slice cheese into small pieces, place those in the serving dish.
- After the sausage is browned, drain on paper towels before placing in the serving dish.
- Serve with toothpicks so your guests can get a piece of each in one bite.
- It sounds unusual, but this little snack is crazy delicious!
