Sausage, Pickles, and Cheese

  1. Chop the Lil Smokies in half.
  2. If using a larger sausage (i.e.
  3. Wranglers), chop into small, bite-sized pieces.
  4. Saute in a pan over medium heat until browned.
  5. While sausage is browning, chop pickles into small pieces.
  6. Place in a serving dish.
  7. Slice cheese into small pieces, place those in the serving dish.
  8. After the sausage is browned, drain on paper towels before placing in the serving dish.
  9. Serve with toothpicks so your guests can get a piece of each in one bite.
  10. It sounds unusual, but this little snack is crazy delicious!
