Tender & Tangy Ribs

  1. Combine the first nine ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; brown in skillet in oil.
  3. Transfer to slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours or until tender.
  5. Yield 2 to 3 servings.
