Creamy Beef Stroganoff

  1. in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until on longer pink.
  2. drain.
  3. stir in flour and salt until blended.
  4. stir in soup, consomme and mustard.
  5. bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. reduce heat.
  7. simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
  8. stir in the noodles and sour cream.
  9. heat through.
  10. ( do not boil).
