With Polenta (or Grits)
- slices of bacon
- fry eggs
- creamy polenta
- shredded cheese
- Cook slices of bacon until done; remove from pan and fry eggs in the rendered fat.
- Serve over creamy polenta or grits, with an egg on top or some shredded cheese stirred in if you like.
- Bacon goes on top.
