Macaroni and Cheese a la Mathias

  1. Bring a large pot half full of water to a boil.
  2. Add the macaroni and salt, cooking the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a saute pan with the olive oil.
  4. Saute the tuna and the lemon peel for a minute or two.
  5. Then add the tomato sauce, and continue to cook until the sauce is heated through.
  6. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the tomato-tuna sauce.
  7. Just before serving, top with some grated cheese.
