All-In-One Breakfast Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish. In medium saucepan over low heat, bring milk to the boiling point. Slowly sprinkle in Cream of Wheat cereal, stirring constantly. Return to boiling point; reduce heat.
  3. Stir until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add 3/4 cup of cheese and mustard; stir until cheese melts.
  6. Beat in eggs until well blended; stir in the sausage.
  7. Spread into prepared pan.
  8. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
  9. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
