Asian Broccoli Slaw

  1. Place broccoli coleslaw in a one quart container with a tight fitting lid.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Combine rice vinegar, olive oil, sesame oil, sugar and chili garlic sauce in a small bowl.
  4. Whisk to combine.
  5. Pour dressing over slaw.
  6. Lid up and shake to combine.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  8. A longer chill makes for better flavor.
