Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Coleslaw

  1. With a sharp knife, cut the cabbage in quarters and core.
  2. Then cut the cabbage to a fine dice.
  3. Place the cabbage, sugar, and salt in a large bowl and toss to mix.
  4. Add the vinegar, and stir well.
  5. This slaw can be served at room temperature or chilled.
  6. Stove
