Slow Roasted Pork, Oven

  1. Cross cut the pork.
  2. Put in a pot.
  3. Add margarine over the top of pork
  4. Add seasoned salt, sage, and dehydrated onions.
  5. Put into oven covered 325 Fahrenheit, don't preheat.
  6. Roast for 3 hours.
  7. Let sit 10 minutes.
  8. Then hand shred and let sit in its own juices.
