Slow Roasted Pork, Oven
- 3 lb pork bottom cushion
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tbsp seasoned salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp dehydrated onions
- 1/2 tsp ground sage
- Cross cut the pork.
- Put in a pot.
- Add margarine over the top of pork
- Add seasoned salt, sage, and dehydrated onions.
- Put into oven covered 325 Fahrenheit, don't preheat.
- Roast for 3 hours.
- Let sit 10 minutes.
- Then hand shred and let sit in its own juices.
