Everything Cheese Dip
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1 large onion, finely chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- Brown ground beef and sausage in a skillet; set aside.
- Saute onion in another skillet; set aside.
- In large saucepan, combine Monterey Jack cheese, VELVEETA, diced tomatoes and green chillies and soup.
- Heat until cheeses are melted.
- Add cooked meat and onion; heat until bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
- Makes 7-1/2 cups.
