Nutritious Tofu Meatloaf

  1. Mince the onion and carrot.
  2. Saute the onion in a small amount of oil until browned, and then let it cool.
  3. Put the egg and meat into a bowl.
  4. Knead together well with your hands
  5. Put the remaining ingredients into the bowl from Step 2 and mix it all together.
  6. Place into a pound cake pan and push down the center a little.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 200C oven, and then it's done!
  8. Sauce: Add 1/4 canned whole tomatoes, 1 tbsp Worcestershire-style sauce, and a little bit of the juices from the cooked meatloaf into a frying pan.
  9. Bring it to a boil and then it's done!
