Nutritious Tofu Meatloaf
- 1 block Tofu
- 100 grams Ground meat
- 1/2 Carrot
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1 dash Nutmeg, herbs
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 100 ml Panko
- Mince the onion and carrot.
- Saute the onion in a small amount of oil until browned, and then let it cool.
- Put the egg and meat into a bowl.
- Knead together well with your hands
- Put the remaining ingredients into the bowl from Step 2 and mix it all together.
- Place into a pound cake pan and push down the center a little.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 200C oven, and then it's done!
- Sauce: Add 1/4 canned whole tomatoes, 1 tbsp Worcestershire-style sauce, and a little bit of the juices from the cooked meatloaf into a frying pan.
- Bring it to a boil and then it's done!
