Jambalaya
- 6 ounces jambalaya rice
- 1 lb beef sausage
- 4 chicken breasts
- 6 ounces baby shrimp
- Slice sausage into 1/4 inch pieces.
- Brown sausage in skillet.
- Remove sausage from skillet.
- Cube chicken breast into bite size pieces.
- Brown chicken in same skillet as sausage.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Cook rice in same skillet following package directions.
- Half way through cooking time add sausage, chicken and shrimp.
- Cook for remaining time.
