Peach Strawberry Pie Recipe

• 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello (sugar free)
• 2 baked 9" Pet Ritz deep dish pie crust
• 1 1/3 c. boiling water
• 1 c. vanilla ice cream
• 1 c. lite peaches, minced
• 1/2 pt. strawberries, minced
• 8 ounce. c Cold Whip, thawed

1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Add in ice cream by spoonfuls.
3. Stir till melted and smooth.
4. Blend in whipped topping and fruit.
5. Refrigeratetill mix will mound.
6. Spoon into crust.
7. Chill.
8. Garnish with strawberries.
9. A very lite dessert.
