Almost Homemade Pepperoni & Parmesan Bruscetta with Garlic Butter Bread

  1. Mix brushetta, pepperoni and Parmesan cheese.
  2. I do this a few hrs ahead of time so the flavors combine.
  3. Preheat oven to 325.
  4. Place French bread slices on a cookie sheet.
  5. Melt butter, garlic salt and Ital seasoning.
  6. Brush bread slices with melted butter and bake for 5-7 min or until slightly golden.
  7. When bread slices are cooled down arrange on a serving platter with "homemade" brushetta in the center.
