Chocolate Crusted Pie Recipe
- 2 1/2 c. crushed chocolate wafers or possibly creme-filled cookies
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. (3 3/4 ounce.) vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 env. dry whipped topping mix
- Combine cookie crumbs and melted butter till well mixed.
- Press into bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 min till set and slightly crisp; cold.
- (Baking is not necessary.)
- In small mixer bowl, combine lowfat milk, pudding mix and topping mix at lowest speed till all ingredients are moistened.
- Beat at high speed till soft mounds form.
- Spoon into crust.
- Garnish with additional cookie crumbs.
- Refrigerateat least 1 hour before serving.
