Ann Peterson's Pecan Pie

  1. Beat eggs, flour, butter and sugar until thick; add corn syrup, nut meats and vanilla.
  2. Pour into 9" pastry lined pie pan.
  3. Bake in slow oven 300F, 1 hour.
  4. Done when silver knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
