Turkey Meatloaf with Cranberry Sauce

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the cranberry sauce and sage leaves and mix well.
  2. Turn the mixture into a lightly sprayed or oiled 9-by-5-inch loaf pan and gently pat down.
  3. Bake until the loaf is firm and the top is lightly browned, about 1 hour.
  4. Spread the cranberry sauce on top of the loaf and let stand in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Remove the loaf from the pan and transfer to a platter.
  6. Garnish with sage leaves
