Crumbed Fish with Salad and Zesty Mayo

  1. COOK frozen I&J Light & Crispy Fish Fillets following packet directions.
  2. MIX mayonnaise with capers, lemon zest and chives and set aside.
  3. Combine salad leaves, potatoes, tomatoes and capsicum and divide between 4 serving plates.
  4. ARRANGE cooked fish on serving plates and serve with zesty mayo.
  5. TIP: Zesty Mayo is great served with I&J Crumbed Calamari Rings.
