Sausage and Vegetable Mac 'n Cheese
- 2 pkg. (225 g each) Kraft Dinner Macaroni and Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Extra Virgin Olive Oil Italian Sun-Dried Tomato Dressing
- 1/2 lb. (225 g) fresh mushrooms, halved
- 1 onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 lb. (340 g) Italian sausage links, cooked, sliced
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Prepare Kraft Dinners in large saucepan as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and onions; cook 5 to 7 min.
- or until tender.
- Stir in tomatoes; cook and stir 5 min.
- Add vegetable mixture, sausage and 1/2 cup shredded cheese to Kraft Dinners; mix lightly.
- Spoon into 2-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake 10 min.
