Victorian Apricot Sherbet Recipe

• 3 cans apricot halves, liquid removed
• 1 sm. jar apricot preserves
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice
• Heavy cream (not whipped)

1. Blend in a blender apricots, preserves and lemon juice.
2. Freeze for 2 days.
3. Scoop into dessert dishes to serve and pour cream over top.
