Bob's Yummy Quick Chili
- 3/4 pounds ground beef ground
- 1 each onions finely chopped
- 4 each garlic cloves, chopped
- hot chili peppers to taste, ground
- 3 tablespoons cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 15 ounces tomatoes can, diced, undrained
- 10 ounces tomatoes ro-tel, can, undrained
- 1 each beer can
- salt to taste
- Brown the meat, drain off most of the fat, add onions and garlic.
- Saute til translucent.
- Add the ground chiles, cumin, and oregano.
- Saute for a few more minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
- Add the beer, and continue to simmer another 15 minutes or so, til you get the desired consistency.
