Warm and Creamy Egg Natto Rice

  1. Crack the egg open into a mug and add enough water to cover the egg.
  2. Cut a slit into the yolk with a toothpick.
  3. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute The onsen egg is done!

  5. Mix the natto with the sauce and place on top of the rice.
  6. Sprinkle with the salmon flakes and sesame seeds, then top with the onsen egg and serve.
