Peaches 'N Cream Cheese Pie Recipe

  1. Grease bottom of 9 inch deep dish or possibly 10 inch pie plate.
  2. Combine first 9 ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
  3. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
  4. Pour into prepared plate.
  5. Place liquid removed peaches over batter, keeping at least 1/2 to 1 inch from edge of plate.
  6. In small mixer bowl, combine cream cheese and next 3 ingredients.
  7. Beat 2 min at medium speed.
  8. Spoon over peaches within same distance from edge.
  9. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over cream cheese filling.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 min.
  11. Cold to room temperature; refrigeratetill served.
  12. Makes 10 servings.
