Night Before Christmas French Toast
- 2 tbps. margarine
- 12 cup brown sugar
- 4 slices thickly sliced bread
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 12 cups skim milk
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- Grease an 8x8-inch pan.
- In a small saucepan, melt margarine and brown sugar.
- Pour into baking pan.
- Place bread on the sugar and margarine mixture.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs, milk and cinnamon together.
- Pour egg mixture over bread.
- Cover and place in fridge overnight.
- Bake uncovered 30 minutes in 350F oven.
- Serve with syrup and fruit.
