Melanie's No-Bake Cookies
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 13 cup shortening
- 12 cup water
- 14 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 12 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 14 cup cocoa
- 3 cups instant oats
- Mix first four ingredients together in a saucepan on medium heat.
- Stirring constantly so mixture does not burn.
- Let it come to a boil and remove from heat.
- Add vanilla, peanut butter, cocoa and oats.
- MIx together thoroughly.
- Drop by teaspoon full onto wax paper or clean, dry countertop.
