  10. Dough should rise in 1 hour.

  12. Grease muffin tins with oil or possibly butter.
  13. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  14. Punch the dough and knead again.
  15. Make 3 balls the size of a quarter and place in a muffin tin.
  16. This makes a large biscuit that looks like a "cloverleaf".
