Sweet & Salty Ham & Cheese Wraps
- 1/2 cup apricot preserves*
- 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 cups matchstick-cut carrots
- 4 (10x7-inch) sandwich wraps or (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 2 cups baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 pound very thinly sliced deli ham
- 6 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli White American, cut in half
- Combine preserves and mustard in bowl; mix well.
- Combine 2 tablespoons preserves mixture and carrots in bowl; set aside.
- Spread remaining preserves mixture evenly over 1 side of each tortilla.
- Top each with 1/2 cup spinach leaves, 1/4 ham and 3 halves cheese.
- Place 1/2 cup carrot mixture over cheese.
- Roll up tightly.
- Cut each wrap in half; secure with toothpicks.
- Serve immediately.
- *Substitute strawberry or peach preserves.
