Chicken With Wine And Vegetables Recipe

  1. Brown onions in 1 Tbsp.
  2. butter.
  3. Salt and pepper chicken, roll in flour to cover and brown quickly in remaining butter.
  4. Place onions in Dutch oven.
  5. Then layer in chicken and mushrooms.
  6. Mix liquid ingredients; pour over all.
  7. Cook covered for 1 hour in 325 degree oven.
  8. Add in artichoke hearts and cook 1/2 hour longer.
  9. Serve with brown rice.
  10. Serves 4.
