Brownie Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 350.grease a 13x9x2 - baking pan
  2. Soft together sugar,flour,cocoa powder,salt,and baking powder in a large mixing bowl
  3. Beat flour mixture and egg on low speed using an electric mixer,scraping bowl occasionally and mixing until smooth.slowly add melted butter and beat until just combined;do not overmix.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Transfer batter to prepared baking pan.bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean,about 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from over and set aside to cool.
  7. For the cheesecake Preheat oven to 325.cream sugar,cornstarch,and cream cheese in a large bowl using an electric mixer
  8. Add lemon juice and vanilla extract,mix thoroughly.add eggs one at a time,scraping the bowl with each addition.fold in heavy cream and sour cream
  9. Spread batter on top of already baked brownies.
  10. Bake until cheesecake is lightly browned and firm about 55-60
  11. Cool completely and refrigerate at least 1hour before serving.
