Desert Safe Creative Pan Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda, salt & cinnimon in small bowl and set aside.
  3. In large mixer bowl beat sugar & shortening until creamy.
  4. Add eggs.
  5. Gradually add flour mixture and water.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips, oats & fruit.
  7. Spread in ungreased 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" baking pan.
  8. Bake 18-20 min or untill lightly browned.
  9. Cool completely and cut into 2" squares.
