Turkey Sausage and Bean Stew
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 pkg. (13 oz.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 4 carrots, peeled, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1 small onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 stalk celery, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 env. (0.75 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Garlic & Herb Dressing Mix
- 2 cans (15 oz. each) navy beans, rinsed
- 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon Bits
- Heat oil in medium saucepan on medium heat.
- Add sausage, carrots, onions and celery; cook 4 to 5 min.
- or until sausage is browned and vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add flour; cook and stir 1 min.
- Gradually stir in broth and milk.
- Add salad dressing mix and beans; mix well.
- Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min.
- or until thickened, stirring occasionally.
- Serve topped with bacon bits.
