Microwave Oriental Beef And Tomato Casserole

  1. In a deep quart microwave casserole dish, place beef.
  2. Heat on full power 5 minutes or until meat is no longer red.
  3. Drain excess liquid.
  4. Add garlic, soy sauce, ginger, celery, onion, green pepper and tomatoes.
  5. Heat on full power 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

  7. a small custard cup, combine cornstarch and water to make a smooth paste.
  8. Add cornstarch mixture to liquid in casserole.
  9. Heat on full power 2 minutes until mixture is thickened and smooth.
  10. Serves 4.
