Mexican Pork Chili
- 2 lb pork steaks
- 2 large cans whole tomatoes
- 6 clove garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 12 each Japanese red peppers
- Gather all ingredients.
- Cut pork steak into 1 inch pieces.
- Trimming most of the fat off.
- Put red Japanese peppers into skillet with tsp.
- of olive oil.
- OPEN WINDOWS AND TURN ON FAN!
- This is like pepper spray it will choke you!
- Cook on medium heat until peppers are brown to black.
- Then add peppers, whole tomatoes, garlic and salt and pepper to blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Cook pork pieces on medium heat until crispy on the outside.
- About twenty minutes.
- Once pork is crispy add sauce from blender enough to cover pork.
- Simmer about 15 minutes.
- You're done serve with warm tortillas and rice.
- Yummy!
