Baked Shrimp Scampi
- 1 pound Raw Shrimp, Thawed If Using Frozen
- 1 cup White Wine, The Good Stuff
- 4 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1/4 cups Italian Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 cups Butter, Softened
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Parsley, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper
- In a baking dish or a jelly roll pan, spread out the raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, medium or large.
- Add the wine (to be honest, I add as much wine as I feel necessary) and minced garlic over the shrimp.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs, butter and fresh parsley.
- Mix until combined.
- Sprinkle on top of shrimp until shrimp is covered, but do NOT toss.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15-18 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque.
- Serve alone with crusty bread and a salad, or with angel hair pasta and crusty bread.
- Just PLEASE do not forget the crusty bread.
- It soaks up all the delicious juices!
- Im just here to help.
