Cherry O Cheese Pie Recipe
- 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
- 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In medium size bowl, beat softened cheese till light and fluffy.
- Gradually stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till thoroughly blended.
- Stir in lemon juice and vanilla.
- Turn into 9 inch graham cracker crust.
- Chill 2 to 3 hrs.
- Top with cherry glaze.
