Chocolate Cherry Cordial Drops Recipe

• 1 pkg. (17.5 ounce.) Duncan Hines chocolate chip cookie mix
• 1/4 c. minced maraschino cherries, well liquid removed
• 1 egg
• 2 teaspoon water
• 1/4 c. flaked coconut
• 1 1/2 c. minced pecans

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Combine cookie mix, egg and water in large bowl.
3. Stir till thoroughly blended.
4. Stir in cherries and coconut.
5. Shape dough into 36 balls.
6. Roll in nuts.
7. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
8. Bake at 375 degrees for 11 or possibly 12 min or possibly till cookies are set and lightly browned.
9. Cold 1 minute on baking sheet.
10. Remove to cooling rack.
11. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
