Breast Of Chicken Dijon Recipe

  1. Lightly flatten breasts.
  2. Dip in lowfat milk; coat generously with flour.
  3. Saute/fry in oil in skillet till golden (2 min per side).
  4. Remove, drain fat.
  5. In same skillet, saute/fry mushrooms in butter for 1 min.
  6. Add in wine.
  7. Stir in gravy and remaining ingredients.
  8. Simmer, uncovered, 5 min.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
  10. Makes 2 c. sauce.
