Bulghur And Chick Pea Salad Recipe

  1. Soak the bulgar wheat in hot water for 30 min.
  2. Drain it and squeeze it dry thoroughly.
  3. Put it in a bowl.
  4. Drain the chick-peas, and add in these and the cucumber, peanuts and herbs to the wheat.
  5. Beat together the remaining ingredients and fold them into the salad.
