Twice Baked Jalapeno Ham Potatoes

  1. Scoop out inside of potato, leaving a shell.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients together,except cheese.
  3. You may add green chilies if you like.
  4. If potato mixture is too thick, you may add milk.
  5. Fill shell with potato mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350F for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve!
