Kapusniak Ze Swiezej Kapusty (Cabbage Soup)
- 3/4 pound pork lean, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon butter, unsalted
- 1 x beef stock 10.5 ounce can
- 1 each soup, tomato can
- 2 each water coup cans full
- 4 cups cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup onions chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 each bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon sherry
- 1 x sour cream
- Brown pork in butter.
- Add remaining ingredients except sour cream.
- Cover; cook over low heat--30 minutes stir often.
- Serve with spoonsfull of sour cream.
