Blue Cheese Burguer

  1. preheat grill
  2. in a mixing bowl combine all and mix well!
  3. choose a weight the one you prefer 4oz,6oz,8oz or 2 half pounders paties!
  4. form a ball and press it between the palms forming the paties!
  5. put some cooking spray in the grill and in the patie grill them until your prefer term.
  6. rare,medium rare,medium,medium well and well done!

ground beef, blue cheese, chop onions, egg, salt, pepper
