Blue Cheese Burguer
- 1 lb angus ground beef
- 8 oz blue cheese
- 4 oz chop onions
- 1 each egg
- 1 salt tt
- 1 pepper tt
- preheat grill
- in a mixing bowl combine all and mix well!
- choose a weight the one you prefer 4oz,6oz,8oz or 2 half pounders paties!
- form a ball and press it between the palms forming the paties!
- put some cooking spray in the grill and in the patie grill them until your prefer term.
- rare,medium rare,medium,medium well and well done!
