Boneless Stuffed Chicken Breast Recipe
- 2 whole boneless breasts
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- Garlic salt
- Pepper
- 1 c. chicken gravy (I use canned)
- Cut breasts in half to have 4 pcs.
- Lb.
- with mallet till 1/4 inch thick.
- Sprinkle lightly with garlic salt.
- Prepare 1 c. of Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing.
- (Bring 1/3 c. water and 2 Tbsp.
- of butter to boil.
- Stir in 1 c. of dry stuffing mix.)
- Put 1/4 c. of prepared stuffing on center of each piece of chicken.
- Roll up the chicken around the stuffing.
- Place seam down in baking dish.
- Lightly sprinkle with pepper.
- Pour chicken gravy over all.
- Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
