Simple Chicken and Corn Chowder
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream-style corn
- 1 14 cups milk
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 dash black pepper
- Saute the onion and celery in the butter until softened.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Do not add any salt, it's not needed.
- Heat, stirring occasionally, until hot but do not boil.
