Chocolate Easy Roll Up Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Line 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan with foil.
  3. Heat butter in pan; sprinkle with nuts and coconut proportionately in pan.
  4. Drizzle with condensed lowfat milk.
  5. In mixer bowl, beat Large eggs at high speed for 2 min.
  6. No need to sift flour; spoon into c.; level.
  7. Add in remaining ingredients; blend 1 minute at low speed.
  8. Pour proportionately into pan.
  9. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 min till cake springs back when touched in center.
  10. Sprinkle cake (in pan) with powdered sugar.
  11. Cover with towel.
  12. Place cookie sheet over towel; invert.
  13. Remove pan and foil.
  14. Start with 10 inch side; roll up jelly roll fashion, using towel to roll cake.
  15. Don't roll towel in cake.
  16. Leave wrapped.
