Flour & Oil Free Okara Cookies

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  2. Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly with a spatula.
  3. Knead it towards the end.
  4. Roll up into bite-sized portions and flatten them out.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, flip the baking sheet around, and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Cool on a rack and they are done.
